Every order is shipped with full tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email within 48 hours of placing your order.

Each BabyDrive Cam is individually inspected before dispatch — we check the camera body, mount and cables so your order arrives complete and working.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email at any time. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 days, contact us and we'll chase it up for you.
Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates. During busy periods (holidays, sales) delivery can take a few days longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us — we'll either reship or refund you in full. That's our promise.
