Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every UK order. There are no handling fees and no minimum spend.

Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Delivery then typically takes 7–12 business days from dispatch. Every order is tracked, and we email you the tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

These timescales are estimates. They exclude weekends and public holidays, and they can be affected by carrier delays or customs processing, which are outside our control.

Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at contact@babydrivecar.com.

If your parcel is delayed
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at contact@babydrivecar.com so that we can put it right.
